Tiffany Tsai, M.S. has joined Terri Phillips Marriage and Family Therapist Inc. as an independent contractor and we are excited to introduce the services she provides. Ms. Tsai specializes in custody and visitation issues as well as conflict resolution for parents and teens. She joins us with years of experience in the field of mediation with Riverside Superior Court as well as the Riverside child welfare system. Ms. Tsai has a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology with emphasis in Behavior and Health Psychology from California Lutheran University (1995) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brigham Young University-Provo (1991).

Divorce and separation can be a very difficult time for the family system and private mediation to resolve these conflicts can help the parents remain in control rather than the court system to control their parenting times. Ms. Tsai allows for a comfortable environment for both parents to be heard and negotiate to bring their agreement to court. Although Ms. Tsai is not a licensed therapist and will not be providing counseling services, she can refer parents or children to a licensed therapist as necessary.
